A newly conceived concept in which a specialized team of doctors is flown to stroke patients in rural areas in southeastern Bavaria to perform so-called thrombectomies. Patients benefit from a time saving of 90 minutes, which leads to a better quality of life and less consequential damage.

Together with our cooperation partner ADAC Luftrettung, HTM is flying the stroke specialists to the patients. Thanks to the great success, flight times will additionally be doubled from June 2022, so that many more lives can be saved and stroke patients can benefit from the "Flying Intervention Team" of München Klinik gGmbH.
