The HTM crew, consisting of a pilot and three assembly specialists, first had to dismantle the old masts and lower them from the building roof using an AS350 B3e. Afterwards, the new antennas, which were already in place, were moved to their designated anchorages on the helicopter's external load hook.

The job was thus completed to the customer's complete satisfaction in less than 4 hours and less than 30 minutes of flight time, without the need for the cumbersome and time-consuming use of a heavy-duty crane.
